You agree to use Memopear for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
• By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for the renewal term.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We believe in a straightforward process for our users:

• How to Cancel: To stop your subscription, simply email us at info@memopear.com.
• Processing: Once we receive your email, we will process your request and stop future billing.
• Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for the remaining days of a month. You will retain access to your premium features until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

5. Data & Privacy

Your privacy matters. We handle your data according to our Privacy Policy and do not sell your personal information. You retain ownership of the content you create within the app.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
